Andrew Kagan Esquire, LHRM

Experience In 2004, during his second year of law school, Mr. Kagan co-founded Florida Doctors Insurance Company. After raising 12.5M in funding, he was part of a team that started the insurance company from the ground up, taking the rates and policy information through the department of insurance. In 2010, along with his partner Liz Kagan, he founded Kagan Law Firm. He represented over 33 NFL players in various litigations, was a certified NFLPA contract advisor and handled a variety of personal injury cases, motor vehicle accident cases and wrongful death. In 2015 he founded the Kagan Legal Group where he dedicates most of his time working on Mass Torts and doing pharmaceutical litigation. Mr. Kagan is admitted to practice law in the middle district of Florida, as well as in The United States Court of Federal Claims. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, traveling and flying helicopters. Education Ft.
